This room is ideal for strategy meetings or supervisory board meetings, as well as developer conferences and other confidential gatherings. Enjoy our unique ambience, our hospitality while being assured that your discreet information stays where it belongs – in our conference room, which has an optimal, shielded location and our staff has been specially trained on discretion and security.
What do we offer you?
- Even before your arrival, our event management team will clarify the security level with you and offer data protection, discretion and information security according to your needs.
- Only your speakers and guests will know where to find our conference room on arrival. No stranger will receive information about the organiser, time, topic or guests.
- Our conference room is practically tap-proof and no one can see you without you noticing it. Nevertheless, you can still enjoy the fresh air.
- Even during the event, our staff do not provide information about your conference and are particularly alert to strangers.
- No unauthorised individuals enter the conference room during your temporary absence.
- After the event, all used flipcharts and paper left behind are reliably destroyed, and data residue on our rental computer are securely deleted by being overwritten several times.
- Even after your departure, nobody will find out why you were here or the topic of your conference or even who the participants were.
